All Shipping charges are quoted at checkout. We ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders are shipped within 1-3 days from date of the order. Pre Ordered items or Birthday items will differ. We recommend shipping via DPD which is tracked express delivery €7.99 within 1-2 working days from dispatch. An Post delivery is standard tracked Delivery within 3-4 Working Days from date of dispatch email. Free shipping available on orders over €49 and is AN Post standard delivery. We recommend DPD delivery for Birthday items. ALL Cakes are delivered with DPD only.

All international orders shipping is quoted at checkout some countries have a flat rate shipping offered. We will confirm the exact charge once the order is received. We offer standard untracked shipping and tracked shipping.

We can not take responsibility for untracked international shipping ( we will contact you prior to shipping your package to confirm you wish to proceed with untracked and assume the risk). Tracked items will be resent should they not arrive within 28 days of sending or the shipping company confirms the item has gone missing.

Click and Collect is available at our store in Celbridge. Please refer to our opening hours to ensure this suits to collect. Please contact us to discuss collection at our Market Locations.

Orders Shipped via DPD that are not delivered please contact DPD they will be able to confirm with their driver the situation with delivery. Should the issue not be resolved within 24 hours please contact our office by replying to the confirmation email. We will reach out to DPD to clarify the situation.

An Post Delivery can take up to 3-4 working days. Should your order not be received within this time. Please contact our office to advise. Should you not be home to collect your package please manage the delivery via the AN Post email/text or contact your local sorting office.
