Happy Tails Treats
What is in Happy Tails treats?
All our treats contain all natural human grade ingredients with no preservatives or additives , sugars (we only use natural honey as a natural preservative) and all treats are vegetarian.How should the treats be stored?
Our treats have no preservatives and are best refrigerated , kept in an air tight jar or kept in a cool place out of direct sunlight or heat.How long will Happy Tails treats last?
Our treats will last 4-10 weeks depending on storage and flavour. Peanut Butter has the longest shelf life. Fruit flavours or softies range would have the shorter shelf life of 2-4 weeks.
Do Happy Tails have a low calorie Range?
Yes, Banana & Honey, Sweet Carrot & Apple, Apple Pie and Blueberry & Banana are all low calorie treats,
Are Happy Tails Treats Suitable for Puppies?
Yes all our treats are suitable for all ages, we have a mini treat range and softies range which are suitable for very young and older dogs.
What Treat Boxes are available?
We have a number of different Treat Boxes which contain our treats in different quantities, Pick n Mix box, Mega Pick n Mix Box, Wag Box, Large Peanut Butter Bone Box, Birthday Box.
We also have the Puppy Box and Mighty Meaty Box which contain a selection of products.
How Many Treats are in Happy Tails treat bags?
Our standard Bag has 10 Treats, Double Bag has 18 treats
Mini Treats 12 Treats
Large Peanut Butter Bones 3 Large Bones
Half Bags in the Pick n Mix Boxes contain 5 Treats.
Happy Tails BandanasHow do the bandanas attach?
Our bandanas slide over your dogs collar however we can make them with a ribbon to tie around your dogs neck if a collar is not worn, choose ribbon option for a ribbon to be added.
What Bandana Size?
Depending on how visible you would like the bandana on your dog all our sizing is on the bandana product description and also suggested breeds. If unsure please reach out to us we are always happy to advise.
How will I know my Order has Shipped?
A confirmation dispatch email is sent once the order ships, courier delivery will include a tracking number .When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days using An Post or Courier unless otherwise stated. If an Order contains a pre ordered Item the order will ship as in one shipment once that order is available to ship. Backordered Items will be advised.
Orders shipped with our Courier are delivered within 1-3 business days. An post delivery is dependent on delays and the area. However the majority of areas deliver within 2 business days. This timescale can vary dependent on delays, and can take up to 10-14 days should their be delays.
Can I receive my package next day or same day delivery?
During the Pandemic we are unable to offer same day delivery due to unknown delays with all delivery services .What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs in Ireland range from €2.99 - €6.50 depending on the weight of the order. Smaller items ship by an post and courier options. Larger orders all ship by courier.
Shipping costs outside of Ireland vary depending on destination and size of order. we quote standard shipping rates at checkout should these vary we can advised upon receipt of your order. We can provide a shipping quote in advance of an order. Please email us for details.
Birthday Box Delivery?
All Birthday boxes require a minimum of 7 days to include delivery. Pre Ordered Birthday Boxes will ship the week of the Birthday or if the Birthday falls on a Monday we will ship the order the week prior. We ensure all boxes are shipped with sufficient time to arrive in time for the birthday,
Do you offer Collection?
Local Collection is available in the Lucan Area or at one of our farmers Market locations. However this service will be effected by restrictions during the pandemic and availability will vary, this option is offered at checkout when available.I haven't received my order?
Should you not receive an order dispatched by our Courier within 2/3 days of dispatch please consult the tracking information provided. should the delivery not be updated please contact the courier company for an update and advise our office at email@example.com. We can request an update also, if the delivery is marked as delivered and you have not received the delivery please contact the courier company immediately they will be able to consult with the driver. Due to the pandemic contactless delivery is in place and the driver will be able to advise the location of the package if not received.
If your order has been shipped via An Post and not be received within 10-14 days of dispatch. Please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org . An Post orders can take 7-21 days to be received. Should an item not be received after 28 days a refund will issue (less postage costs) or alternatively a replacement sent.
We recommend international orders are shipped via the tracked method of delivery. We can not take responsibility for missing untracked items shipped via standard mail. International order delivery varies depending on destination. Please note during the pandemic there is substantial delays with international shipping and delays in some locations are an additional 14/21 days in addition to average estimated shipping times.
Wag BoxWag Box Delivery, when will I receive my Wag Box?
All Wag Boxes are shipped on 7th of the Month , Mighty Meaty Wag Box ship on 28th of the month. (if this is a weekend the Boxes will ship the following Monday)
Once off Wag Boxes ordered after the 2nd or 26th of the month will be applicable for the following months box. (they will ship on the 28th and 7th of the following month)
Wag Box: when will I be charged ?
All subscriptions are charged monthly on 2nd of the month. Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew on 2nd of the month. Accounts can be cancelled by contacting us, all accounts cancelled prior to the 2nd of the following month will not receive a box. If your account is cancelled after the 2nd of the month that months box will ship and you will be charged. 3 & 6 month subscriptions are billed monthly on 2nd of the month renewal date and will continue to be billed for the period of the subscription. 3& 6 month subscriptions must run the term of the subscription before they can be cancelled.
Mighty Meaty Wag Boxes are charged on 26th of the Month and ship on 28th of the month.
Cancelling the Subscription Box
Cancellation can be completed through the customer portal emailed to you or alternatively by emailing us at email@example.com
All Birthday Boxes Contain grain free treats. Each Box can be personalised with flavour, bandana type and toy choice. We attempt to match the type toy to the size dog and toy type is also dependent on stock availability.
How does the Lupine Guarantee work?
All the Lupine products come with a lifetime guarantee. Should your collar, lead, harness tear or be chewed please contact us or Lupine directly to arrange a replacement. We will arrange for a replacement collar of the same design.
How does the westpaw guarantee work?
Please contact westpaw to avail of their lifetime guarantee option.
Are Fluff & Tuff Toys Guaranteed?
Fluff & Tuff toys are not guaranteed. Although they are really tough they are a plush toy and are not indestructible. The choice in toy size and design is very important when choosing the correct fluff & tuff toy for a destructive dog. The tuffweb mesh inside is what sets fluff & tuff apart from other brands however the toys with the least limbs and points do last the longest with very aggressive chewers.
