We have changed our Birthday Box Ordering , We will release dates a week in advance on a Sunday. Limited amount of Boxes will be available each week. When choosing dispatch date please ensure 7 days required Preperation time is allows for. Boxes are available for Birthdays two weeks in advance. Boxes required for birthday beyond two weeks can not be pre ordered. New dates are released each week

Our New updated 2023 Birthday Treat Box contains a selection of our Barkery Iced Treats . This Box is personalised with your Dogs Name and has an option to add an extra number Treat.

Birthday box ordered (over a month in advance) noting the birthday date & the required date (two days in the difference). Order was not received by the required date. I contacted the owner who advised 'there was no note on the order' of an alternative date. I supplied a screenshot of the order confirming the date the order was required for.
No apology or solution was offered until I pointed out the failing at which point Karen acknowledged the 'unfortunate system error' & only then offered an apology.
I fully understand the work, pressures & stress that goes into a small businesses however the customer service on this occasion has been really poor.
While I have ordered items from the store before & the quality of the items are good the customer service has been far from it.
Our boy absolutely loved his special birthday treats. Delivered right on time and beautifully presented also 🙂
